During 2016 and 2017 Benchmark Builders had the privilege of building two luxury homes in the Waban neighborhood of Newton, MA. Both new homes bordered the Braeburn Country Club, an exceptionally picturesque setting for new construction in the relatively urban town of Newton, MA. We built these Newton, MA homes for two different clients who didn’t know one other and had no connection to each other. Coincidentally, these two homes were a stone’s throw apart – literally only 7 houses apart. We can’t imagine the stars lining up this way again. Building these two homes essentially at the exact same time, and in such close proximity, streamlined the project management and site supervision of these custom Newton, MA builds.
